Some frequently asked questions about life coaching.
I do not see anything as a problem, only an opportunity. By only focusing on solutions, I do not dwell on the clients past nor try to analyze behavior. A client may come to the realization that the past is directly affecting the present situation, but this information usually comes from the client themselves. The past is simply recognized and accepted, and the focus is always on taking my clients from where they are to where they want to be.
In summary, the therapist usually helps clients heal by figuring out “why” while I assist the client by focusing on the “how” in order to be able to move forward.
